The * mark: low-confidence metrics

Share

A metric with an asterisk (*) is low-confidence — the number exists, but take it with a grain of salt. It's flagged when the vault has:

  • short track — under two months of history;
  • near-zeroing — a drawdown over 100% (the base nearly went to zero);
  • extreme return / Calmar — values so large they usually mean a tiny base, not skill;
  • sparse history — too few data points on the curve;
  • solo-funded — 100% the leader's own money, with no external validation;
  • dormant — no trading volume in the last 30 days.

We dim these numbers rather than hide them — and the "Hide low-confidence metrics" filter removes the vault entirely if you'd rather not see them.
