What are the fees on Altcopy Flagship?

Flagship charges a performance fee on profits only, lower for larger deposits:

• 8% up to $10k
• 6% from $10k to $100k
• 4% from $100k to $1M
• 2% above $1M

It uses a per-depositor high-water mark: you're only charged on gains above your own entry price. No profit, no fee. That's below the ~10% a native Hyperliquid vault typically charges.
