Filter: Hide risk-flagged vaults

This hides any vault carrying a flag chip — leader at the 5% floor, negative funding carry, paper-heavy, or "funded illusion" (see "Flag chips" for what each means).

Unlike low-confidence flags, these don't mean the data is unreliable — they're live risk signals. Tick the box to drop any vault that has one.
